Khiana’s curious nature and terrific writing style serves her well resolving all kinds of planning challenges. She is particularly interested in transport/parking and how it can impact on development yield and housing diversity. Her love of reading and researching extends to thinking and writing about big social issues in her spare time.
Not only is she an excellent planner, Khiana has been a striker for various soccer teams in the National Premier League winning the Golden Boot award for most goals numerous times. Her experience playing high level soccer means she values discipline, teamwork and healthy competition – attributes that serve her well in planning.
Starting her planning career in Queensland, Khiana loves Melbourne for its mix of old and new buildings, the great coffee and even its weather. She enjoys playing her part in facilitating development that only makes Melbourne even better.
