URPS added value by convincing the Council Assessment Panel that the large size of the proposed dwelling was appropriate for the spacious setting and would have minimal impact on neighbours. 

We did this by presenting 3D perspectives that highlighted the minimal impact of the building on the streetscape and neighbouring dwellings. 

A detailed streetscape montage developed by URPS’ landscape architect played a key role in our success.
